This masterclass emphasizes the leader's role in applying coaching skills to support and develop their teams. Through a practical and actionable approach, participants will explore different types of coaching and their relevance to the Coaching Toolbox introduced during the session. They will also assess their teams and identify potential coaching opportunities.

Recognizing that some coaching conversations can be challenging, the session incorporates Marshall Rosenberg's transformative principles of Nonviolent Communication. These concepts provide a framework for navigating difficult or high-stakes discussions with clarity and empathy. Participants will actively practice and rehearse these conversations, receiving expert tips and feedback to enhance their effectiveness in handling such critical moments.

  • Understanding the Five Types of Coaching, and application with respect to one’s own team
  • Constructing and completing the Coaching Toolbox
  • Application of Coaching tools to identify improvement opportunities within one’s own team
  • Learn the language and structure of nonviolent communication
  • Practice a difficult coaching conversation, using the NVC methodology
  • Learn the different types of Coaching
  • Develop and apply the Coaching Toolbox to identify and structure the various coaching techniques
