This Masterclass explores the transformative power of questions in shaping effective leadership and solving complex problems. We’ll focus on three distinct areas of applications where questions thrive.  

First, how to craft questions that uncover the hidden, underlying issues behind challenges, enabling a deeper, more insightful understanding that drives impactful solutions. Participants will learn to scrutinize their questions through three distinct lenses to arrive at a powerful question that reveals the true issue to be addressed.

Next, we’ll explore the art of appreciative questioning—focusing on strengths, successes, and possibilities to drive positive change. Rooted in Appreciative Inquiry, this strength-based approach empowers leaders to build on what’s working well, fueling growth and innovation.

Lastly, participants will learn how to develop a balanced and effective "Question Mix," combining different question types into a leadership style that fosters curiosity, innovation, and strategic thinking. 

By the end of the Masterclass, leaders will be equipped with the tools to use questions not just as a problem-solving technique, but as a core leadership practice that sparks growth and transformation.

Three Deep Dives:

  1. Questioning to Uncover: Explanation and exercises to discover the essential question.
  2. Questioning to Discover: Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry and the power of positive questions.
  3. Questioning to Lead: Understanding five different types of questions and how a well-crafted Question Mix fosters inspirational leadership.

All parts are experiential, blending concepts and ideas with insightful exercises.
