This Train-the-Trainer program prepares selected internal facilitators to conduct a 4-hour workshop, designed to enhance collaboration across departmental, functional, or regional boundaries.

Many factors can obstruct collaboration within an organization. Goals may not always align, relationships might be weak or strained, and an us-versus-them mentality may develop. Yet, effective collaboration is crucial for achieving corporate goals.

The workshop, 'Cross-Functional Collaboration,' is specifically designed to address these challenges. It offers insights into one’s collaborative network, highlights potential pitfalls, and empowers participants to improve their collaboration skills.

Selected facilitators are thoroughly equipped to deliver this workshop successfully. In addition to a full day of training, they receive all the necessary materials to organize and run the workshops smoothly internally. Support includes a professionally designed slide set, a comprehensive facilitator's manual, a detailed checklist, pre-work instructions, and a workbook for participants, among other resources.

  • Welcome webinar, with focus on preparation and the high-level overview of workshop design and materials
  • Full day training, with morning dedicated to complete understanding of workshop contents (tools, frameworks, flow)
  • Afternoon used to practice and rehearse, with feedback from experienced facilitator


  • Preparing facilitators to successfully deliver a 4-hour Change Readiness workshop internally
  • Introduction to workshop design, flow, tools and concepts
  • Familiarize them with the extensive support materials
  • Rehearse and practice
  • Workshop design focused on 4 themes: mapping collaborative network, identify opportunities for improvement of collaboration, learn the structure and language of difficult conversations, practice with non-violent communication.
